Manga Sengera and St. Angela Sengera shine in physics

Students of Manga Sengera and St. Angela Sengera receive the prize for the best boy and best girl for the Physics contest held at St. Paul's Gekano Boys.

The participants were also taken through question answering techniques and the learners interacted in group discussions.

The physics contest was the first of the what is planned to be annual physics contest organized by the science department of St. Paul's Gekano Boys high school. 

In the subsequent years, the contest intends to incorporate other science subjects (chemistry and biology) with a view of improving the overall performance of STEM in high school.

Kisumu senior shines as Nyamira walks out of the KSEF empty handed

Nyamira county ones again walks of the Nyanza regional Kenya Science and Engineering Fair (KSEF) empty handed. Apart from Nyameru secondary which will proceed to nationals on robotics category, non of the projects from Nyamira county saw the light of the four day regional competitions which comes to an end today at Isabania boys high school. Robotics is a category initiated and manned by CEMASTEA.
